- Minimum booking for this package is for 2 Pax.
- Return Transfer from Hotel to Spa is applicable only for guest who are staying within 5KM range of the city.
- RM5 will be charged per KM to the guest if the distance is more than 5KM
Important Notice
- Guest are expected to arrive 15 Minutes earlier to ensure better massage & spa experience.
- Guests are encouraged to be punctual to the literary given because being late will only shorten the treatment time.
- Please keep all valuable & personal belongings inside the room locker. 1Tour will not be responsible for any loss or the items.
- Guest may request to have Male or Female therapist to ensure the best experience during treatment.
- Pregnant guest are not allowed to take the foot reflexology because it involves sensitive nerves that may be dangerous for pregnancy.
- Guests are required to inform us if they have conditions like high blood pressure, sensitive skin, fractures or any injuries prior to the treatment.
- To protect the therapist, massage parlor have the right to right to change or cancel the service if guest has serious skin conditions or other illness that have not been informed prior to the session.
Description
- Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer to our bank account stated in the invoice.
- All payment slips should be faxed or emailed to 1Tour for reference.
- Balance of the payment can be paid in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund can be issued for cancellation made at least 48Hours/2 Days prior to the activity.
