- Minimum of 10 people is required to book. If the total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be canceled and you will receive a notification 2 day(s) prior to departure.
- Pregnant mothers & senior citizen above 65 years old is not recommended for this trip due to rough sea condition.
- All snorkeling equipment provided (mask and breathing tube) are one-size for adults, for children age 12 and under, it is recommended to bring their own equipment.
- If do you have short-sighted, recommends wearing a content lens during the water activity session.
- In the event of schedule changes or forced cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please contact Customer Service for rescheduling or refunds. Please respect the instructions from our professional boat captain. They will decide whether to set sail based on weather and sea conditions to ensure the safety of the travelers.
- Additional charge is applicable if the hotel is located on the outskirts of Kota Kinabalu. One-way transfer surcharge for Tuaran district: 15MYR/pax (1-3pax);10MYR/pax (4pax & above).
